Description
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience building chatbots or voice bots with Dialog flow.
- Experience with launching chatbot or voice bot applications.
- Effective leadership and influencing skills in the application of AI or Machine Learning.
- Excellent communication skill
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements, and write design flow for IVR, Virtual Assistants, Chatbots, and omnichannel conversational interfaces
- Research and analyze intents and Their associated customer journeys.
- Create & analyze intents, utterances, slots, and slot values
- Create bot design documents, conversation flow diagrams, error handling mechanisms.
- Design and Test the conversational flow.
- Write effective and natural dialogues using correct grammar.
- Analyze user interaction with live bot/assistants and make recommendations for improving user experience
- Work closely with stake holders to identify issues or bottlenecks within operations processes and come up with innovative solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in technology as a Computational Linguist, Engineer or QA Specialist.
- Experience building chatbots or voice bots.
- Experience working with technical customers and management.
